This event is free and open to the public. \nIn her book\, When a Loved One is Dying\, Groden shares true stories of families navigating the final chapter of a loved one’s life. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts and her graduate degree from the University of Connecticut.  Maureen holds certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Registered Nurse from The Hospice and Palliative Care Credentialing Center. \nThroughout her career\, Maureen has held leadership positions at Mass General Brigham/Cooley Dickinson and Holyoke Medical Center/Hospice Life Care.
