Join us for the kickoff of our 2026 Art Night series on Friday, January 2 at 6 P.M. with Joanne Cushing.

Joanne taught herself painting by watching public tv. The different art programs showed her how to build layers in her paintings. She uses acrylic paints because the fast drying time allows her to continually paint layers on her landscapes. Joanne also paints scenes of nature. Joanne said “I love creating outdoor scenes. They bring a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.”
