If you have a creative spirit, strong organizational and communication skills, along with some experience coordinating fundraising, we are reaching out for your help. We are beginning Phase 2 of the library’s renovation project. Phase 2 involves the restoration of the 2nd floor of our building (a magnificent historical space where once again our public can gather and enjoy library programs and events).
Renovation of this entire space will require considerable financial support. We need a volunteer to organize our campaign to elicit that financial support. You would be working with other terrific volunteers who organize fundraising events, write grants, maintain our web and media presence, and organize the actual renovating process. As our Phase 2 Campaign Coordinator you would help us find the means of raising the necessary funds, manage the promotion/solicitation, keep track of our donors and write our Thank You’s.
