At the top of Grand Army Hill in Whitefield, sits the bright yellow Arlington Hall. Now, thanks to all our generous donors and volunteers, it is home to the Whitefield Library and Community Center.

On Saturday, June 22nd from 10:00 am -2:00 pm we will host our second Open House. The Open House will include kids’ activities, music generously provided by “Well Seasoned”, a white elephant sale, book sale, games for kids with prizes, silent auction, yummy lunch and lots of goodies for sale.  If you would like to donate to the silent auction, we are looking for arts, crafts, experience and gift certificates. We currently have wonderful certificates available including; a massage by a licensed massage therapist, an overnight at Hidden Valley Nature Center, Gift Certificates to Elmer’s Barn, The Hair Works, and more donations coming in all the time.

We are pleased to announce our Library hours have doubled to include Wednesdays from 10 to 12 and Wednesday evenings 5 to 7 pm, Saturdays from 10-2 with a story hour/activity time for children on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30.
