Are you ready to become a Patron of the Whitefield Library? Well, at the time of this writing (late November 2021) we’re not yet open to the public but we’re preparing to open soon and have already begun to signup patrons. To that end we have added a convenient online Whitefield Library Membership Application form to the website which is available NOW so when we do finally open our doors, you’ll be ready to check out books! Before you start, you might want to review our Lending Policy. There is no charge for becoming a member of our Library or for borrowing books but please note that at this time, we’re ONLY accepting patrons who are residents of or land owners in any of the towns of Whitefield, Jefferson, Windsor, Pittston, Somerville, or Alna. This may well change in the future.
This application form requires that you provide us with a phone number, mailing address, and email address. If you do not use email and/or don’t have a phone, please stop by the Library and fill out a paper application. Also note that while we would prefer every adult have their own membership, your spouse (if you have one!) along with any children and grandchildren you may have can also take out books on your account. How cool is that!
